How You'll Contribute to Our Success

The SAP CC Analyst is a critical driver of Lesaffre’s SAP ecosystem, delivering expert-level support, customization, and innovation to our Core Model ERP system. You’ll be the go-to problem-solver—designing, coding, and configuring solutions that power our business operations while integrating cutting-edge applications and external interfaces. Partnering with functional teams, you’ll troubleshoot challenges, optimize performance, and ensure our SAP environment runs at peak efficiency. What You’ll Do as an SAP Competency Center Analyst

  • Demonstrate an unwavering commitment to Lesaffre's safety-first culture by strictly following all safety protocols and participating in required safety programs
  • Problem Resolution Management
    • Resolve user problems
  • Manage Solman Tickets for all user requests including:
    • Resolution, communication of status and updating tracking information to report ticket statistics
  • Participate in review meetings; sharing knowledge to support colleagues on “lessons learned” and/or best practices
  • Training
    • Provide training for SAP functions including Lesaffre Core Model rules
  • Master Data Management
    • Perform mass maintenance when requested
    • Check master data quality of new implementations
    • Adjust master data in case of emergency
  • User Authorizations
    • Check authorization issues and provide resolution
    • Create/modify roles upon approval
    • Propose improvements on user authorizations
  • Lesaffre Core Model maintenance
    • Maintain documentation updated
    • Create and maintain user manuals updated
    • Provide input and ensure compliance with proposed project solutions
    • Actively contribute to continuous improvement
  • Perform System Configurations and Setups
  • Training and Documentation
    • Cross train with other SAP CC Analyst(s)
  • Manage System Changes and Implementations Relating to Lesaffre Core Model
    • System upgrades
    • New module implementation
    • Integration of non-SAP systems
  • Other duties as assigned

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (B.S.) from a four-year university
  • 3+ years of experience in a position working directly with Sales and Distribution (SD) and Material Management (MM) SAP modules
  • Direct experience executing SAP reconfigurations, resolving system issues, and implementing customizations in SD and MM
  • Demonstrated ability to independently resolve technical challenges
  • Ability to travel up to 15%

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience working within a food manufacturing setting is highly desired
