Act as technical lead and escalation point for SAP Commerce Cloud AMS
Lead and coordinate L2/L3 support and development teams
Ensure system stability, monitoring, RCA, and SLA adherence
Drive bug fixing, hotfixes, and minor releases
Design and review technical solutions for enhancements
Ensure architectural quality, performance, and SAP best practices
Collaborate with DevOps and functional teams
Support continuous service improvement
6–8+ years in Java-based enterprise applications
Strong hands-on experience with SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris)
Solid background in AMS / application support
Experience leading technical or support teams
Strong knowledge of Java, Spring, REST APIs, SAP Commerce extensions, impex, order management, Integrations with SAP ERP and third-party systems, Headless / API-first commerce
Experience with Agile / Scrum setups
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Clear communicator with ownership mindset
