What you'll build:

· Have the unique opportunity to design, develop, and deploy AI/ML-driven intelligent agents for SAP HANA Cloud Operation use cases. Utilize Python, Shell to automate workflows, optimize system performance, and enhance operational efficiency.

· Analyze root causes of system alerts, build automated remediation workflows, and improve incident response accuracy through data-driven insights.

· Do end-to-end testing, Validation, and Performance optimization of intelligent Agents.

· Smoothly communicate with colleagues from different countries.

What you bring:

We're looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

· Candidates to currently be enrolled full-time in an undergraduate or master’s degree program which is applicable to the position (computer science or equivalent proven experience)

· Can work 4-5 days a week for at least 6 months duration

· Strong programming skills in Python, Shell, SQL

· Good knowledge in database architecture and software design principles

· Strong communication skills that include the ability to effectively articulate technical challenges and solutions

· Thrive in a fast-paced environment working with multiple teams across various geographies

· Preferred experience: familiar with k8s, docker, Github, Claude code, Cline, Copilot, database

We aim to reduce human effort and shorten the response time from a firing alert to a valid resolution. We also maintain the monitor databases and design automated processes for HANA QA infrastructure.
