We are seeking a skilled SAP CCO (Customer Checkout) Business Analyst with strong experience in SAP Testing and QA processes The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SAP CCO integration testing, POS solution validation, functional testing, and coordination with business and technical teams.

The candidate should possess good understanding of SAP Retail / SAP CAR / SAP ERP integration, business processes, and testing methodologies to ensure high-quality SAP CCO implementations and support activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and prepare functional test scenarios and test cases for SAP CCO applications.
• Perform:
  • Functional Testing
  • Integration Testing
  • Regression Testing
  • UAT Support
  • End-to-End POS Testing
• Validate SAP CCO integration with:
  • SAP ERP
  • SAP S/4HANA
  • SAP CAR
  • Payment gateways
  • Peripheral devices
• Review business requirements and translate them into testing requirements.
• Identify defects, log bugs, track resolutions, and support defect triage meetings.
• Coordinate with developers, functional consultants, and business stakeholders.
• Participate in test planning, estimation, and test execution activities.
• Prepare test reports, traceability matrices, and QA documentation.
• Support deployment validation and post-production testing.
• Ensure compliance with QA standards and testing best practices.

Required Skills

Functional Skills

• Strong understanding of:
  • SAP Customer Checkout (CCO)
  • Retail/POS business processes
  • Sales, returns, promotions, billing, and payments
• Knowledge of SAP integration processes with ERP/S4 systems.
• Experience in preparing BRD/FRD, test cases, and defect reports.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or related field.
• SAP CCO certification is an added advantage.
• Experience in retail domain preferred.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
