Key Facts: Solution Architecture, SAP CX, Sales Cloud V2, Service Cloud V2, SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, SAP Integtation Suite, in Uzwil/home office.

Main tasks:

• Own and drive the global SAP CX / CRM architecture based on SAP Sales Cloud v2 and Service Cloud v2
• Design scalable, end-to-end solutions across Sales, Service, Marketing, and Digital Customer Experience
• Define and implement integration and data architectures across SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, and connected platforms
• Translate business and technical requirements into solution designs, architecture guidelines, and implementation roadmaps
• Lead architectural governance and key technology decisions in line with enterprise architecture and security standards
• Collaborate with Product Owners, business stakeholders, and delivery teams to continuously evolve CRM capabilities
• Shape and drive the future roadmap of the global Customer Engagement ecosystem

Your qualifications:

• Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Engineering, or comparable qualification
• Proven experience as Solution Architect or Lead Architect in large-scale SAP CRM transformation programs
• Strong expertise in SAP Sales Cloud v2, SAP Service Cloud v2, SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, and SAP Integration Suite
• Deep understanding of enterprise integration architecture (APIs, event-driven architecture, master data integration, customer data management, integration patterns)
• Ability to define architecture roadmaps and translate business strategy into scalable, secure solution designs
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills in English
• Experience working in Agile environments (e.g., SAFe) and influencing senior stakeholders
• Fluent in English; additional language skills are considered an advantage
