Job Title: Senior SAP BW4/HANA & SAC Developer

Experience: 8–10 YearsJob Description:Design, develop, and optimize complex HANA SQL Scripts — stored procedures, functions, and table types for financial data processingBuild and maintain HANA Models — Calculation Views (Graphical/SQL Script), Attribute Views, and Analytic ViewsPerform performance tuning and optimization of HANA models and queries for large data volumesDevelop and maintain BW4HANA data flows, InfoProviders, transformations, and DTPs for multi-source data integrationDesign and build interactive SAC Stories, Dashboards, and Reports for cash/treasury reportingDevelop advanced calculations and custom logic using SAC ScriptingTranslate business requirements from finance/treasury teams into scalable technical solutionsEnsure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across the BW4HANA–SAC landscapeDebug and resolve data/reporting issues across the GCR - global Cash Reporting application stackCollaborate with cross-functional teams (finance, treasury, IT) in a global delivery environmentDocument technical designs, data flows, and reporting specificationsWork independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environmentRequired Skills:BW4HANAHANA SQL ScriptingHANA ModelingSAC Development (Stories, Dashboards, Reports)SAC Scripting

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead and manage a team of technical experts in the design, development, and deployment of sap bw on hana solutions.
2. Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather requirements, create technical designs, and implement solutions that meet business needs.
3. Provide technical guidance and support to team members, ensuring the successful delivery of projects within scope, schedule, and budget.
4. Perform system configuration, testing, and optimization to enhance the performance of sap bw on hana solutions.
5. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring system stability and reliability.
6. Stay updated on the latest sap bw on hana trends and technologies to recommend innovative solutions that drive business value.

Skill Requirements

1. In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with sap bw on hana, including data modeling, extraction, transformation, and loading (etl) processes.
2. Proficiency in sap hana studio, sap bw modeling tools, and other sap data warehousing tools.
3. Strong understanding of sap bw on hana architecture, data provisioning methods, and reporting tools.
4. Ability to lead and mentor technical teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
5. Excellent communication skills to engage with stakeholders, gather requirements, and present technical solutions effectively.

Other Requirements

1.SAP Certified Application Associate SAP BW/4HANA 2.0 or similar certification is a plus.
