As a SAP Business Process Designer, you will be responsible for analyzing business needs, designing SAP solutions, and supporting the implementation of robust intercompany processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure SAP configurations align with business objectives and deliver measurable value.

• Analyze business requirements and perform FIT/GAP assessments to determine the best SAP solutions.
• Design and support end-to-end intercompany processes across business functions including Sales, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Finance.
• Configure and customize SAP modules such as FI/CO, SD, and MM to support complex business workflows.
• Leverage SAP integration knowledge across multiple modules to create efficient and scalable solutions.
• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to identify requirements, evaluate standard capabilities, and determine when enhancements are needed.
• Develop detailed functional specifications for custom developments and system improvements.
• Support testing activities, validate solutions, and ensure successful implementation of SAP enhancements.
• Partner with technical and business teams to drive continuous process improvements and enterprise-level transformation initiatives.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate is an experienced SAP Functional Consultant with strong expertise in intercompany processes, SAP financial modules, and enterprise solution delivery. You should have a proven ability to translate business requirements into effective SAP designs while collaborating with diverse stakeholders.

• 5+ years of experience working with SAP intercompany processes.
• 5+ years of experience with SAP ICMR (Intercompany Matching and Reconciliation).
• Active SAP FICO certification required.
• Strong experience configuring and customizing SAP modules, including FI/CO, SD, and MM.
• Deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA FI General Ledger and cross-value-stream intercompany processes.
• Experience integrating SAP processes across MM, SD, and PP modules.
• Strong workshop facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to conduct detailed business analysis and deliver functional specifications.
• Experience in manufacturing or aerospace and defense industries is preferred.
• Knowledge of WBS integration and complex enterprise environments is a plus.
