You will join the SAP Transformation team, working closely with Group Finance, Finance Domain Leads, Design Authority, Data & Integration Architecture, and Testing, Deployment and Change teams.
You will operate in a highly collaborative, matrix environment, influencing across business and technology functions, and partnering with senior stakeholders to drive alignment and successful delivery at scale.
Required Experience & Skills:
- 15+ years of Extensive experience in large scale SAP S/4HANA Finance transformations. Global Deployment experience preferred. - Experience in SAP BTP a plus Banking domain experience (wealth management, investment banking, retail)
- Experience with multi-GAAP and multi-currency environments
- Strong finance domain knowledge (Accounting, Reporting, Controlling, Consolidation).
- Proven track record of leading large-scale global finance transformation (Big4 or equivalent background preferred).
- Ability to operate credibly at senior executive level, influencing and challenging stakeholders.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
