Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced SAP Business Analyst to support the strategic development, integration, and optimization of our SAP landscape. This position serves as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and SAP technical teams. The primary objective is to ensure SAP solutions meet business needs, improve operational efficiency, and deliver measurable business value.

Key Job Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for SAP ERP-related inquiries, incidents, service requests, and system enhancements.
  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements while ensuring alignment with organizational goals and operational priorities.
  • Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications, workflows, process maps, and system requirements for technical teams.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, developers, and cross-functional departments to ensure solutions are properly designed and implemented.
  • Perform process gap analyses, cost-benefit assessments, impact analyses, and risk evaluations for proposed SAP solutions.
  • Identify opportunities to improve business processes, standardize operations, and enhance system capabilities.
  • Coordinate User Acceptance Testing by developing test scenarios, facilitating testing, tracking defects, and supporting issue resolution.
  • Manage SAP initiatives, including system upgrades, module implementations, integrations, enhancements, and production-support activities.
  • Evaluate, prioritize, and align regional business requirements with the broader IT and SAP roadmap.
  • Ensure appropriate documentation, testing, training, change management, deployment, and post-implementation support for all SAP initiatives.
  • Oversee SAP integrations with internal and external systems, including Salesforce and third-party platforms, to maintain accurate data and seamless process flows.
  • Coordinate with external vendors, implementation partners, and consultants to support project delivery and ongoing system operations.
  • Evaluate emerging SAP technologies, capabilities, and modules that can support business transformation and operational efficiency.
  • Support and develop knowledge of business applications beyond SAP as required by organizational needs.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on SAP ERP Functional experience in at least one core module, SD/MM.
  • Experience integrating SAP with third-party systems using technologies such as APIs, Microsoft Azure, SAP Cloud Integration, Sterling, or similar platforms.
  • Demonstrated experience participating in SAP projects, system upgrades, enhancements, and full lifecycle implementations.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment with regional and global stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills, with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational, prioritization, and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with remote and cross-functional teams across multiple time zones.
