What You'll do:
We are seeking an SAP Business Analyst with experience supporting the Department of Defense to help apply industry best practices and deliver effective business solutions. The candidate will leverage their expertise to develop conceptual business models, analyze organizational requirements, and identify key considerations in the evaluation and selection of enterprise application software packages. Typical areas addressed include Human Resources, Finance, Supply, and operations.
Job Responsibilities
Maintain SAP ERP system by developing solutions using Agile process to ensure completeness, consistency, quality, and requirements traceability.
Identify and resolve design issues, participate and provide feedback for design reviews
Work with clients to ensure components work together to satisfy the objectives as defined in the functional, security, integration, performance, quality, and operational requirements
Provide technical requirements to the development team and oversee the accuracy of the solution development based on the business requirements.
Conduct working sessions with Subject Matter Experts to identify the required capabilities and impacts to configuration and integration
Design and develop test plans, execute test scenarios, validate test data, and document test results
Work in multi-discipline teams to define and design complex processes and procedures for the configuration, upgrade, and maintenance of SAP and related application system
Support enhancement requests and resolve reported incidents within defined service level agreements
Provide support for continuous DevSecOps CI/CD pipeline releases and participates in all the Agile ceremonies
Assess the operational and functional baseline of an organization and its components to help define the strategic direction of an engagement while ensuring organizational needs and objectives are effectively addressed.
Identify information technology inadequacies and deficiencies that affect the functional area’s ability to meet organizational goals.
Participate in account strategy sessions, strategic assessments and design reviews to validate enterprise approach and associated work products, such as ERP implementations coordinating the resolution of highly complex problems and tasks.
Generate functional area strategies for enhanced IT operations in a cross-functional area mode throughout the organization.
Prepare progress reports for internal leadership and for client and monitor project progress
Mitigate risks, address issues, interface with clients, and keep the leadership informed on project status
Develop basis of estimates and program schedule for multiple solution alternatives
Author white papers, root cause analysis, other solution related documentation as needed

The salary range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Groundswell, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is:
$101,182.00 - $142,250.00
