Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for SAP BTP Integration Suite and provide technical leadership across projects.
• Collaborate with and guide team members to ensure successful delivery of integration solutions.
• Take ownership of team decisions and provide direction on technical and functional matters.
• Engage with multiple stakeholders and teams, contributing to key architectural and implementation decisions.
• Design, develop, and maintain integration solutions using SAP BTP Integration Suite and related technologies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues to ensure system reliability and performance.
• Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions and mentor team members to enhance technical capabilities.
• Monitor integration platform performance and implement continuous improvements.
• Participate in project planning, estimation, and execution activities to align technical solutions with business objectives.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong experience in SAP integration technologies and enterprise application integration.
• Expert proficiency in SAP BTP Integration Suite.
• Proficiency in SAP PO/PI and API development.
• Strong understanding of integration patterns, middleware architecture, and integration best practices.
• Experience troubleshooting and resolving complex integration issues.
• Familiarity with cloud-based solutions and services.
• Ability to work with programming languages, tools, and frameworks relevant to enterprise integration.
• Experience with SAP Cloud Platform Integration (SAP CPI).
• Preferred experience leading technical teams and mentoring developers.
• Preferred experience working in large-scale enterprise integration projects.
• Preferred knowledge of SAP ecosystem solutions, cloud integration architectures, and API management best practices.
