As a SAP BRIM- Senior Manager, you will lead and innovate within our Technology Consulting practice, focusing on SAP Finance solutions. You will engage with clients directly, providing strategic advice and leveraging your skills to deliver impactful results. As a Senior Manager, you will guide large projects, applying your advanced knowledge to drive operational excellence and influence client interactions at a strategic level. You will motivate and coach teams to navigate complex challenges, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Responsibilities

- Leading SAP BRIM projects and managing client relationships to drive successful outcomes
- Overseeing financial transformation initiatives using SAP Central Finance and SAP FICO
- Implementing business process improvements and financial management solutions
- Analyzing financial trends and providing strategic insights for decision-making
- Developing and presenting financial reports to stakeholders
- Coordinating with teams to enhance SAP reporting and analytics capabilities
- Managing budgetary processes and financial forecasting activities
- Confirming compliance with financial regulations and standards
- Coaching and mentoring team members to foster professional growth
- Promoting innovation and embracing change within financial systems and processes

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 15 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Commerce, Computer and Information Science, Finance, Information Technology, Management Information Systems
- At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications aligned to finance, accounting, and financial controls within SAP S/4HANA environments
- Demonstrating advanced skills in SAP Accounts Payable (AP) and SAP Central Finance
- Utilizing financial transformation strategies to drive business process improvement
- Leading teams in financial forecasting and financial statement analysis
- Innovating financial management software solutions for client support
- Applying analytical thinking to monitor and analyze financial trends
