· Deep knowledge of SAP BRIM - Convergent Invoicing (CI).
· Strong functional and technical expertise in Convergent Charging (CC) & Mediation.
· Experience with Subscription Order Management (SOM) and FICA.
· Integration of the SOM module with other SAP modules like SAP CC, CI modules.
· Understanding of complex integration processes.
· Configure and support SAP BRIM processes.
· Must have configured BIT Class/CIT class, Billing process, Invoicing Process.
· Experienced inBillableitemsmanagement-creating and monitoringbillableitems.
· Experienced in consumptionitemsmanagement-Creating and monitoring consumption items.
· Sound knowledge onbillingin contract accounts receivable and payable concepts.
· SchedulingBillingand Invoicing,Billingprocess configuration for selection, grouping and aggregation.
Invoicing process, Execution, Process configuration, invoicing andbillingreversal. ·
Pricing configuration and workflow process understanding
· Collaborate with ABAP technical teams to propose and implement solutions.
· Basic ABAP debugging skills. · Ensure smooth client interaction and problem-solving skills.
· Basic Java programming experience is a plus. · Troubleshoot and debug technical issues. Knowledge in SMT ticketing tool.
· Ability to work independently. · Good English communication skills (verbal & written). · Good analytical skills.
