YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

• University degree or equivalent by experience
• Minimum 6 years of hands-on SAP Basis experience
• Experience working with third-party integrations with SAP
• Solid understanding of S4 HANA technical landscape
• High-level experience with cutover, go-live and data migration
• Training skills to share and transmit your know-how to your peers
• Dynamic, innovative & problem resolution focus with strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to constantly adapt and perform in ever evolving environments and business realities
• Available to work "on call" in a rotative calendar
• Able to work in English (written and oral).

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide hands-on SAP basis support, including system maintenance, incident resolution, system enhancements, and projects.
• Work with Application Management Services (AMS) teams and other partners, and lead continuous improvement and maintenance activities
• Troubleshoots and resolves problems and participates in the coordination of activities affecting SAP and its ecosystem.
• Develops and monitors the performance and capacity of environments.
• Participates in the diagnosis of operating system problems.
• Participates in the optimization of SAP systems.
• Supports functional teams and SAP developers.
• Acts as a technical reference and supports non-SAP teams in configuring connections with SAP systems.
• Participate in relevant implementations and continuous improvement initiative
