We are seeking
an experienced
SAP BASIS / SolMan Consultant
with strong technical
expertise and hands-on experience in Greenfield implementations. The ideal
candidate will be responsible for the installation, configuration,
administration, and ongoing maintenance of SAP systems, ensuring optimal
performance and availability.

This role also
involves managing SAP Solution Manager (SolMan) for monitoring, system
administration, and supporting IT processes aligned with ITIL best practices.

Key
Responsibilities

·
Lead
SAP BASIS activities for Greenfield implementation, including system
installation, configuration, and upgrades.

·
Manage
SAP Solution Manager (SolMan) landscapes, including configuring monitoring, IT
Service Management (ITSM), ChaRM, and system documentation.

·
Ensure
SAP systems are secure, stable, and perform optimally across all environments.

·
Implement
and manage SAP transport management, user administration, roles, and
authorizations.

·
Perform
system copies, client copies, and migrations across SAP landscapes.

·
Monitor
system performance and implement tuning strategies.

·
Collaborate
with functional and technical teams to support system integration and
troubleshooting.

·
Ensure
compliance with company IT policies, security standards, and best practices.

·
Participate
in SAP upgrade and patch management projects.

·
Provide
guidance and mentorship to junior BASIS team members.

Requirements

Qualifications
& Experience

·
Bachelor’s
degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent; professional SAP certifications
are a plus.

·
Minimum
of 8–10 years of SAP BASIS experience, including Greenfield implementations.

·
Strong
experience with SAP Solution Manager (7.x or 7.2), including monitoring, ChaRM,
ITSM, and system administration.

·
Experience
in SAP HANA, S/4HANA, or cloud-based SAP landscapes is highly advantageous.

·
Expertise
in SAP system installation, configuration, upgrades, and migrations.

·
Solid
understanding of operating systems (Linux/Unix/Windows) and database
administration (Oracle, SQL Server, HANA).

·
Knowledge
of transport management, system security, and authorizations.

·
Experience
in SAP landscape design and performance tuning.

·
Excellent
problem-solving, communication, and team collaboration skills.
