**Role Overview:**

As a SAP BASIS Consultant with ITHR 360 Consulting, you will play a pivotal role in OS/DB migrations across various databases including HANA, Sybase, MAXDB, and MSSQL. You will be responsible for ensuring the seamless transition of critical systems while maintaining the highest standards of performance and reliability.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Execute OS/DB migrations in diverse database environments, including HANA, Sybase, MAXDB, and MSSQL.
• Possess OS/DB Certification and demonstrate proficiency in utilizing it effectively.
• Leverage your 8+ years of experience to work independently and efficiently, ensuring project deadlines are met.
• Establish expert Disaster Recovery (DR) setups for HANA, Sybase, MSSQL, and MAXDB environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration and functionality of SAP systems.

**Qualifications:**

• 8+ years of experience as a SAP BASIS Consultant, with a strong track record of successful project delivery.
• Expertise in OS/DB migrations across various databases, including HANA, Sybase, MAXDB, and MSSQL.
• OS/DB Certification is mandatory.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
