Job Description

  • 3 4 years of experience in SAP BASIS Administration with a Minimum of 2 years of Strong Production Support knowledge on ABAP & JAVA stacks Production support

Essential Skills:

  • SAP Systems Health monitoring, recording issues & Performing Troubleshooting
  • EWA Reports Analysis & Documenting Recommendations
  • Performing RCA for Dumps, Errors occurring from OS, DB & SAP
  • Working experience in Supporting JAVA stack systems such has EP, PI, BO
  • Flexible to work in 24/7 shifts ( rooster based)
  • Production Systems restart
  • Client Administration
  • Transport Management
  • Analyzing Alerts generated by the SAP Solution Manager and reporting to the Tech Lead in case of errors or critical Kernel update
  • Working experience of SAP HANA Database monitoring & alert analysis
  • Hands-on experience with Linux and Windows operating systems
    Working experience in Clustering and High Availability is an added advantage.
