Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented SAP Application Engineer II to join our growing SAP support team. In this role, you will help ensure the stability, security, performance, and governance of our SAP landscape across both on-premise and cloud environments.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who are passionate about SAP technologies, system administration, automation, and enterprise support operations.

Key Responsibilities

SAP On-Premise Administration

• Manage and maintain SAP user accounts, roles, and access controls.

• Handle SAP transport management and coordinate software changes across environments.

• Support annual SAP authorization and compliance reviews.

• Maintain accurate documentation for SAP configurations, operational procedures, and system changes.

• Take ownership of SAP-related audit activities and ensure governance compliance.

SAP Cloud & Operations Support

• Coordinate and liaise with SAP Enterprise Cloud Services (ECS).

• Perform basic SAP Basis administrative tasks such as client copy and routine maintenance activities.

• Support and participate in annual SAP Disaster Recovery (DR) exercises.

• Monitor SAP systems regularly to ensure system health, availability, and performance.

• Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Basic knowledge or experience with SAP applications and SAP environments.

• Ability to write simple scripts or programs to automate operational tasks.

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

• Ability to communicate in Chinese is an advantage for supporting China-based stakeholders.

Preferred Qualities

• Eagerness to learn SAP Basis administration and cloud operations.

• Strong sense of ownership and attention to detail.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced enterprise support environment.
