As a SAP Analytics - SAC - Senior Associate, you will specialize in providing consulting services for data and analytics solutions using SAP technologies. You will analyze client requirements, design and implement data management and analytics solutions, and provide training and support for effective utilization of SAP data and analytics tools. Within our Digital Core Modernisation practice, you will work closely with clients to understand their data needs, develop data models, perform data analysis, and create visualizations and reports to support data-driven decision-making, helping them optimize their data management processes, enhance data quality, and derive valuable insights from their data to achieve their strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing client requirements to design and implement SAP data management and analytics solutions
• Developing data models and performing complex data analysis to support data-driven decision-making
• Creating visualizations and reports using SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP BusinessObjects BI
• Collaborating with clients to optimize data management processes and enhance data quality
• Providing training and support for effective utilization of SAP data and analytics tools
• Integrating SAP data solutions to streamline business operations and improve efficiency
• Conducting data migration and data integration tasks using SAP Data Intelligence Cloud
• Implementing data quality improvement plans to maintain data integrity and security
• Utilizing data analysis software to derive valuable insights and inform strategic objectives
• Navigating complex situations to build meaningful client relationships and deliver quality solutions

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 5 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

• One or more SAP certifications in Analytics or Data Modeling — SAP Datasphere, SAP BW/4HANA, or related credentials
• Deep hands-on expertise in data modeling within SAP Datasphere and BW/4HANA (InfoObjects, ADSOs, CompositeProviders, graphical/scripted views), with working knowledge of SAP Business Data Cloud
• Working proficiency in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) reporting — building stories, dashboards, and visualizations to validate and showcase modeled data
• Strong experience designing semantic layers — dimensions, hierarchies, calculated/restricted key figures, currency conversions — that translate business requirements into robust analytic models
• Functional exposure to one or more core workstreams — R2R, SD, P2P — enabling context-rich model and KPI design
• Working knowledge of modeling across hybrid/multi-source landscapes (SAP and non-SAP), including federation or integration with Databricks and Snowflake-backed data
• Excellence in complex data analysis and model performance optimization
• Comfort embracing change and driving innovation in modeling-led analytics consulting, particularly around emerging capabilities like Joule and agentic AI for model design
• Developed skills in semantic model governance, access control, and data quality validation at the modeling layer
• Proven ability to mentor and upskill teams in modern SAP data modeling and analytics solutions
