Job Responsibilities:
The SAP analyst position is responsible for providing global 2nd and 3rd level support to our global SAP users. The SAP analyst will work in a global environment and support the system with professional knowledge hand in hand with external partners and the magna internal team. In addition to various SAP solutions, the support of an OpenText ECM solution will be one of the responsibilities.
Your Responsibilities
Deliver application support in 2nd and 3rd level within our internal ticket system
Deliver application support in 2nd level for OpenText document management
Support in SAP PLM rollouts
Coordinate maintenance of the systems we provide to our customers
Support in functional extensions (customizing, ABAP development etc.)
Support in coordination and collaboration with external and internal consultants
Implement solutions using customizing and ABAP programming
Support of the user and authorization management
Who we are looking for
General IT Knowledge (SW, HW, Networks)
Good knowledge in SAP applications (MM, Basis, ABAP)
3 years of experience in supporting SAP Application
Completion of community college diploma/certificate
Computer Science or another technical related degree recommended
