Skill SAP ABAP UI5 Technical Lead

Experience: 6-8 Years

Location Noida

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing and implementing RICEF objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, and Forms) with a focus on maintainability, scalability, and performance.
  • Applying advanced performance tuning and modularization techniques, and leveraging BAPIs, BADIs, and User Exits for system extensibility.
  • Developing a REST/OData service with optimized business logic.
  • Managing Transport Requests, implementing version control practices, and adhering to SAP development standards.
  • Candidate should have 6+ years of experience in SAP ABAP and SAPUI5.
  • Working confidently with Data Dictionary objects, internal tables, field symbols, and applying advanced debugging techniques.
  • Configuring IDoc and ALE for seamless data integration in inbound and outbound processes with external systems.
  • Utilizing ABAP on HANA capabilities such as CDS Views and AMDP for high-performance data modeling and reporting.
  • Designing, developing, and enhancing custom SAP UI5 applications (freestyle and extension of standard apps) using JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and the MVC architecture on SAP Web IDE, Eclipse, and SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform).
  • Configuring and managing SAP Fiori Launchpad elements such as tiles, catalogs, groups, roles, spaces/pages, and themes.
  • Integrating front-end UI components with SAP Gateway and OData services, including service consumption and basic troubleshooting.
  • Optimizing code performance, and strict adherence to SAP design principles.
  • Performing troubleshooting, code reviews, and enforcing SAP best practices and coding guidelines.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to analyze functional requirements, evaluate feasibility, and provide accurate development estimates.
  • Leading a team of 3–4 developers, providing technical guidance, reviewing deliverables, and ensuring on-time, quality delivery.
