As a SAP - ABAP - Senior Associate, you will be at the forefront of delivering innovative solutions within our Advisory Service Delivery Centre, which extends PwC's global delivery capabilities. You will engage with clients to address their complex business challenges, from strategy to execution, within our Digital Core Modernisation network. As a Senior Associate, you will leverage your skills to analyze complex problems, mentor junior team members, and maintain professional standards. You will build meaningful client relationships and develop a deeper understanding of the business context, navigating complex situations to deliver quality outcomes.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will proactively manage multiple client engagements, establish effective working relationships, and contribute to the development of your technical acumen. You will be involved in business development activities, helping to identify and research opportunities with new and existing clients. By continuing to develop internal relationships and your personal brand, you will play a key role in supporting our SAP Technology practice. This position offers a dynamic environment where you can grow your skills and make a significant impact on client success.

Responsibilities

- Assisting in the management of multiple client engagements, reporting to Managers and above
- Leading and training staff to enhance team capabilities and technical skills
- Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with clients
- Contributing to the development of technical acumen within the team
- Staying informed on local and national business and economic issues
- Engaging in business development activities to identify and research opportunities with new and existing clients
- Developing internal relationships and enhancing your personal brand within the firm
- Utilizing Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP) to support business transformation initiatives
- Implementing SAP solutions such as SAP HANA, SAP Fiori, and SAP NetWeaver to optimize client processes
- Applying analytical thinking and strategic technology planning to solve complex business challenges
- Embracing change and fostering an inclusive environment to drive process improvement and optimization
- Leveraging SAP Analytics Cloud for data-driven decision-making and insights generation

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications aligned to SAP Technology and platform solutions, including SAP S/4HANA System Administration, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), SAP Integration Suite, SAP Security, or related technical architecture credentials
- Demonstrating proficiency in Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP)
- Utilizing SAP Analytics Cloud for data-driven insights
- Implementing SAP Fiori for enhanced user experience
- Leveraging SAP HANA for optimized data processing
