As a SAP - ABAP - Manager, you will specialize in utilizing and managing SAP software and solutions within an organization. You will be responsible for tasks such as installation, configuration, administration, development, and support of SAP products and technologies. As a Manager, you will enhance your leadership style by motivating, developing, and inspiring others to deliver quality. You will coach and leverage team members' unique strengths, managing performance to meet client expectations. With your growing business knowledge, you play a crucial role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our firm. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values meaningfully.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will work within our Digital Core Modernisation practice, focusing on SAP technology. You will analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives. You will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion, while embracing technology and innovation to enhance delivery and encourage others to do the same.

Responsibilities

- Leading the implementation and management of SAP software solutions to optimize client operations
- Analyzing client needs to develop and configure SAP applications that align with strategic objectives
- Overseeing the installation, configuration, and administration of SAP products and technologies
- Guiding teams in the development and execution of SAP-based business transformation initiatives
- Utilizing Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP) to enhance system functionality and performance
- Managing project timelines and deliverables to achieve successful outcomes
- Coaching and mentoring team members to develop their skills and capabilities
- Collaborating with stakeholders to address and resolve complex issues within SAP environments
- Promoting the adoption of innovative SAP technologies and practices to improve client service delivery
- Confirming data integrity and compliance within SAP frameworks to support business objectives

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 9 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications aligned to SAP Technology and platform solutions, including SAP S/4HANA System Administration, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), SAP Integration Suite, SAP Security, or related technical architecture credentials
- Demonstrating proficiency in Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP)
- Utilizing SAP Analytics Cloud for strategic technology planning
- Embracing change and innovation in business transformation projects
- Excelling in coaching and feedback to develop team strengths
