We are seeking an experienced ABAP Developer to join the DTPS Factories Platform team. In this role, you will design, develop, and optimize SAP ABAP-based solutions aligned with enterprise architecture and business requirements. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, efficient, and reliable SAP applications within a complex multinational environment.
University Degree in IT or related field
3+ years of IT experience in developing customer systems
3+ years of hands-on experience writing, debugging, and optimizing ABAP code
Strong knowledge of forms (Adobe Forms, Smart Forms, SAP Script)
Very good knowledge of ABAP Workbench tools, workflows, and OO-ABAP
Good understanding of SAP functional modules (SD/MM/HR/FI/CO)
Knowledge of SAP Change and Release Management (ChaRM) – plus
Knowledge of ABAP Test Cockpit (ATC) – plus
Experience with Agile frameworks (SAFe, Scrum)
Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, or ServiceNow (SNOW) – plus
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience in multinational IT environments
Excellent spoken and written English
Strong communication and organizational skills
Develop, enhance, and maintain custom SAP applications using ABAP (RICEF: reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, forms)
Deliver clean, efficient, and well-documented code aligned with SAP best practices
Translate business requirements into technical specifications and implement integrated SAP solutions
Analyze and resolve SAP technical issues
Maintain comprehensive technical documentation
Work closely with functional consultants, business analysts, architects, and project managers
Stay current with SAP technologies, including S/4HANA, ABAP on HANA, and SAP Fiori
