Responsibilities:

• Develop and enhance SAP S/4HANA technical solutions focused on SAP SD pricing, condition technique, pricing procedures, calculation schemas, billing, and order-processing requirements
• Design and implement Clean Core compliant SAP extensions using modern development approaches, including ABAP Cloud, released APIs, and approved enhancement techniques
• Implement pricing-related business logic for sales documents, quotations, billing documents, and follow-on sales processes
• Develop and optimize solutions around condition records, condition types, access sequences, requirement logic, calculation behavior, and pricing communication structures
• Build and maintain technical components, services, CDS models, and Fiori-based applications supporting pricing transparency and operational efficiency
• Collaborate closely with SAP SD functional consultants to translate pricing, billing, and sales process requirements into scalable and maintainable ABAP solutions
• Support SAP SD pricing and billing process optimization within an SAP S/4HANA landscape while ensuring upgrade-stable technical solutions
• Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and defect resolution for complex pricing, billing, and SD/FI integration scenarios
• Contribute to solution architecture, technical design, code reviews, testing activities, technical documentation, and deployment governance
• Participate in Agile delivery structures, Scrum ceremonies, and international SAP implementation or transformation projects

Professional Competence:

• Professional experience as an SAP ABAP Developer with strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA development and Clean Core principles
• Strong knowledge of ABAP development, ABAP Cloud, ABAP Development Tools (ADT), and modern SAP extensibility concepts
• Hands-on experience with RAP (RESTful Application Programming Model), CDS Views, OData services, and SAP Fiori Elements
• Strong understanding of Clean ABAP principles, modular design, and upgrade-stable development approaches
• Experience with SAP SD pricing processes, including pricing procedures, pricing procedure determination, condition technique, condition types, access sequences, and condition records
• Strong knowledge of calculation schemas, pricing-related business logic, pricing communication structures, and sales document processing
• Experience implementing SAP pricing enhancements using BAdIs, user exits, and other approved enhancement techniques
• Experience supporting billing processes and SAP SD/FI integration scenarios
• Experience with released APIs, extension points, and SAP S/4HANA Clean Core development standards
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting complex pricing and billing issues, performing root cause analysis, and delivering technical solutions
• Experience working closely with SAP SD functional consultants, architects, and business stakeholders to deliver integrated SAP solutions
• Experience with technical documentation, testing, code reviews, deployment processes, and development governance
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Scrum, JIRA, Confluence, and modern software delivery practices
• Knowledge of requirement routines, formula routines, pricing APIs, and external pricing integration scenarios is considered an advantage
• Experience developing Fiori applications for pricing transparency, billing support, or operational efficiency is beneficial
• Knowledge of ABAP Unit, test automation, regression testing, and quality assurance practices is considered a plus
• Experience with SAPUI5, JavaScript, and Free Style UI5 development is beneficial
• Knowledge of Git and version control practices is considered an advantage
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA quotation processes or Solution Quotation-related follow-on pricing scenarios is beneficial
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, architects, and SAP functional teams
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Informatics, or a related field
• SAP ABAP / SAP Development certification, SAP S/4HANA certification, or SAP SD-related certification is considered an advantage
• Fluent English (minimum B2 level) is required; German language skills are considered an advantage
