We’re looking for a SAP ABAP Developer to join us at Telia.
I’m Simona Saldukaitė Vitkienė, Head of Order Management team, and I’m searching for someone ready to grow with us. We’re a supportive, forward-thinking team delivering scalable CRM and S/4HANA solutions that enable efficient, integrated business processes across the organization.
What you’ll do:
You’ll design and deliver robust ABAP-based solutions across SAP CRM and S/4HANA environments, driving clean-core, scalable, and future-ready developments.
Develop scalable SAP CRM and S/4HANA solutions using modern ABAP;
Design and implement RICEFW objects (reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, forms, etc.);
Build and optimize integrations;
Lead or support S/4HANA migrations, ensuring clean-core principles and performance optimization;
Consult stakeholders and functional teams on technical design, feasibility, and best practices;
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to SAP standards using ATC and quality tools.
What will help you thrive in this role:
You are solution-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in complex SAP landscapes while collaborating closely with business stakeholders.
5+ years of hands-on SAP ABAP development experience (CRM and/or S/4HANA);
Strong expertise in ABAP OO, enhancements (BAdIs, User-Exits), and performance optimization;
Solid experience with SAP CRM developments and S/4HANA architecture;
Experience with integration technologies (IDoc, Web Services, APIs, TMFs, etc.);
Familiarity with SAP Fiori/UI5;
Experience working in Agile environments;
Fluency in English.

Monthly salary range for this position 4320 - 6480Eur (gross) + annual performance/sales bonuses Although it may vary depending on your skills and experience.
