We are seeking an experienced SAP ABAP Developer to design, develop, and enhance enterprise-grade applications within SAP ECC environments. In this role, you will be responsible for building robust, scalable, and high-performance solutions that support critical business operations. You will work closely with functional consultants, business stakeholders, and cross-technology teams to translate business requirements into efficient technical solutions. The role requires strong expertise in SAP ABAP along with the ability to integrate modern tools and technologies such as Python for extended capabilities. You will also contribute to system optimization, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring seamless performance and maintainability of SAP systems. Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain SAP ABAP programs, reports, interfaces, enhancements, and forms within SAP ECC
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and scalable solutions
• Work on data migration, interface development, and integration with external systems
• Collaborate with functional teams to support modules such as FI, MM, SD, and HR
• Optimize existing SAP programs for performance, reliability, and maintainability
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring minimal downtime and business impact
• Develop and manage enhancements using user exits, BADI, and other SAP extension techniques
• Integrate SAP systems with external applications using APIs, XML, and other data exchange formats
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes to ensure high-quality deliverables
• Support SAP HANA-related developments and optimizations where applicable

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP ABAP development within SAP ECC environments
• Strong expertise in core ABAP concepts including reports, interfaces, forms, and enhancements
• Experience working with SAP ECC modules and understanding of business processes
• Proficiency in Python for scripting, automation, or integration use cases
• Good understanding of SAP HANA concepts and performance optimization (preferred)
• Familiarity with XML and data integration techniques
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and technical teams
• Experience in debugging, performance tuning, and system optimization
• Good communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts for business stakeholders
