职位描述
1、负责 SAP 领域（FI/CO/MM/SD/资金/结算）的测试工作，制定测试方案与计划并组织执行，把控从 SIT、UAT、回归到上线验证的全过程质量 2、深入理解项目需求和业务逻辑，读懂业务方案，设计测试用例&方案，组织测试执行，跟踪定位缺陷，输出测试报告 3、负责 SAP 与外围系统（BPM、银企直联、共享中心、SRM/CRM 等）的接口测试，完成接口报文核对与数据比对，以及主数据、配置、在途单据迁移的数据核对与割接验证 4、识别项目质量风险，跟踪定位产品缺陷并推动闭环，参与需求与技术方案评审并提出改进意见，提前暴露问题 5、根据项目特点和技术架构设计测试策略，综合运用功能、性能、自动化等多种测试方法保障产品质量 6、建设并维护测试脚本、自动化用例、测试数据和环境建设，完善SAP自动化能力，提升回归效率 7、上线保障：参与切换演练和上线值守，跟踪上线后问题直至关闭；与产品经理、开发人员就进度和问题沟通，协调项目资源
职位要求
1、本科及以上学历，8 年以上 SAP 测试经验 2、至少熟练使用 SAP 两个模块（FI/CO/MM/SD/资金/结算），能把业务方案转化成测试方案设计 3、测试基本功扎实：精通黑盒、白盒、灰盒等多种测试方法，熟悉测试规范与测试流程，熟悉缺陷管理与测试管理平台 4、能做接口报文核对和数据比对，会用 SQL 查数据验证 5、有UI/接口自动化测试实践经验优先，熟练掌握自动化测试工具和框架，如 Playwright、Selenium WebDriver、Appium、JMeter、LoadRunner、TestNG等 了解 ABAP 基础，能和开发一起定位问题根因 6、责任心强，逻辑思维与问题分析能力强，能快速理解复杂业务逻辑和系统架构，准确定位缺陷并提出解决方案；沟通能推动事情，善于多团队协作
