What the role is about:

We are seeking a dedicated Sanitation Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout our facility. This position requires attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols and GMP, and the ability to work efficiently in various environments. Duties include routine cleaning tasks, deep cleaning of equipment and rooms, handling of cleaning chemicals, documentation of cleaning records, and responding to maintenance requests. The role may involve exposure to cleaning chemicals, moderate heat, humidity, and moderate background noise. Candidates must be comfortable with physical tasks, including standing, walking, lifting, and bending. Previous experience in sanitation or a related field is preferred but not required. What impact you'll make:

Clean, maintain, and upkeep equipment, utensils, tools, and dishes.Routine daily cleaning and housekeeping such as but not limited to sweeping, mopping, sanitizing, trash removal and bag replacements.Deep clean of rooms, stations, and equipment.Utilize chemicals with the proper dilution for cleaning and sanitizing tasksDocument and maintain proper cleaning recordsMaintain exterior and interior of facility including but not limited to parking lot, entree ways, loading docks, hallways, lunchrooms, and processing rooms.Handle emergency and upkeep requestsUtilize numerous sanitation machines and/or equipment to maintain facility cleanliness such as but not limited to floor machines, dish equipment, or sprayers.Stock and maintain PPE stations.Additional duties directed by management.The person in this position may be exposed to dust, kief, cleaning chemicals and fumesFrequently works in rooms with bright light where eye protection is requiredFrequently works in rooms with moderate heat and humidityThe person in this position is constantly exposed to moderate background noise due to environmental systems, equipment, and fansOther duties and responsibilities as required
