As a key player, you'll lead a team of 15-20 sanitation personnel, ensuring the company maintains the highest standards in food safety and regulatory compliance.

Required Qualifications:
An Associate's degree (or equivalent) in Operations, Business, or Industrial Hygiene, or 3-5 years of relevant experience, including chemical monitoring.
Prior supervisory experience in sanitation for the Dairy, Food, or Beverage industry.
Deep understanding of plant and manufacturing operations.
Strong communication and leadership skills to inspire your team.
Expertise in SSOPs (Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures), scheduling, and continuous improvement.
The ability to work independently and take initiative.
