What You’ll Do:

  • Ensure the safety procedures are observed
  • Incorporate good manufacturing practices established at the location
  • Performs and fills out the pre-ops sanitation forms each day
  • Must be able to fill in or assist in cleaning when needed
  • Assist in filling and starting of equipment after clean up is performed
  • Ability to use a pressure hose for sanitation functions
  • Ability to work as a team and do various tasks recommended by the manager
  • Ensure the area is in compliance with established standards in cleanliness and appearance
  • Must have knowledge of M.S.D.S. Sheets and labels for small containers
  • Performs other duties as assigned or requested by manager.
  • Adhere to all Lakeside Foods policies and procedures
  • Notify manager immediately if any unsafe or potentially hazardous conditions are discovered.

What You’ll Bring:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions
  • Bilingual preferred, not required. (Spanish)
  • Through individual and team efforts, enthusiastically work toward the continuous improvement of his/her job, work area, department, and Lakeside as a whole.
  • Willingness to fully participate in TAL by "living" Lakeside's Standards of Conduct and being an active member of operational and project teams. By action and work, clearly and visibly demonstrate the spirit of teamwork, cooperation and respect for others in all business transactions and exchanges.
