Job Description

To clean and sanitize equipment that was used during production and to assemble equipment for the following day’s production. Maintain an efficient work environment, promote teamwork, and ensure we produce the highest quality dairy products available in the marketplace. This position has shared responsibilities in maintaining this company’s SQF food safety and food quality system, complying with any applicable food regulations, and striving for continuous improvements in all areas. It is expected that this position will participate in the company’s safety program and also play a role creating a safe working environment for everyone.

Wage Range: $24.97-27.74

Essential Functions:

DAILY DUTIES
• CIP Milk HTST.
• CIP Raw Line.
• Clean the case washer as needed.
• Clean fillers and set up CIP wash as needed.
• Reassemble fillers after CIP as needed.
• Wash pasteurized tanks and set up CIP as needed.
• Reassemble pasteurized tanks as needed.
• Collect wash samples for the lab.
• Sanitize milk room using foamer.
• Clean and sanitize all tools, pumps, and pipes used during production.
• Take garbage out as needed.
• Clean the pasteurize system air blows and change the air filters.
• Change sanitizer water in Parts Buckets.
• Moving bulk chemical with forklift as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

WEEKLY DUTIES
• Clean floors and walls.
• Sanitize entire milk room with foamer as needed.
• Clean floor drains.
• Clean case down chute and drip pans.
• Clean case invertors.

• Drain and rinse pasteurized wash tanks.
• Flush sink near F2.
• Re-gasket on machines and parts.

MONTHLY DUTIES
• Clean ceiling and ceiling vents.
• Clean mezzanine and catwalk.
• Complete all Work Orders allocated to SCS.
