Job Overview
The Sanitation Janitorial Associate is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly facility. This role includes cleaning restrooms, offices, and common areas to ensure a hygienic environment for employees and visitors. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities & Duties
Restroom Cleaning
• Clean and disinfect toilets, urinals, sinks, and countertops.
• Replenish supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, and sanitizers.
• Sweep and mop floors; remove trash and replace liners.
• Ensure restrooms remain clean and stocked throughout the shift.
Office Cleaning
• Dust and wipe down desks, tables, chairs, and office equipment.
• Vacuum carpets and rugs; sweep and mop hard floors.
• Empty trash and recycling bins and replace liners.
• Clean windows, glass partitions, and doors as needed.
Common Area Cleaning
• Clean and maintain breakrooms, hallways, lobbies, and other shared spaces.
• Wipe down high-touch surfaces such as door handles, railings, and light switches.
• Maintain cleanliness of floors, walls, and fixtures.
• Restock communal items such as paper towels and hand soap.

Qualifications

Qualifications
• Previous janitorial or sanitation experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand or walk for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
