SANITATION HOURLY

Join our sanitation team and help ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and food quality across our poultry processing operations. In this essential hands-on role, you'll be responsible for cleaning and sanitizing equipment, production areas, and facilities to meet strict USDA, food safety, and company sanitation requirements. You'll use cleaning tools and chemicals, follow detailed sanitation procedures, and help maintain a safe, organized environment for all team members. This is a fast-paced position where reliability, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety are critical. Essential Duties & Responsibilities
What You'll Need
Education: High School Diploma/GED preferred.
Experience: Poultry, food industry, manufacturing, or industrial sanitation experience is a plus.

Base Hourly Rate: $17.71
Shift Differential: $1.00 shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shift
Perfect Attendance Incentive: $3.00 extra per hour for perfect attendance.
