Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented 3rd Shift Sanitation Technician to join our team. This role is responsible for cleaning and sanitizing production equipment and facility areas to ensure compliance with food safety standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements. This position plays a key role in supporting safe and efficient production operations.

  • Complete and maintain required sanitation documentation, including Daily Sanitation Records and Master Sanitation logs.
  • Safely manage and apply cleaning chemicals following proper usage and dilution guidelines.
  • Operate sanitation equipment, including portable foaming units and Sabre chemical dispensing systems.
  • Follow color-coded cleaning tools and procedures to prevent cross-contamination.
  • Read and adhere to Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (SSOPs)
  • Disassemble, clean, and reassemble production equipment, including:
    • Fruit feeders
    • Variegate pumps
    • Evacuator pumps
    • Filler machines in assigned areas

  • Perform Clean-Out-of-Place (COP) processes.
  • Conduct general cleaning throughout the facility, including floors, walls, drains, hallways, and compactor areas.
  • Perform titration testing to ensure proper chemical concentrations.
  • Maintain knowledge of basic microbiology related to food safety practices.
  • Support production needs to ensure efficient line startups.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.

The base pay range for this position is $24.52 per hour, plus night shift premium of $1.25. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law. This pay range represents the anticipated salary for this position at this time.
