Core Duties & Responsibilities

  • Support cross-functional work across Print, QC, and Assembly as needed
  • Follow all safety protocols and production guidelines
  • Embrace Gantri’s values: Drive Impact, Think Critically, Champion Change, Move Fast, and Empower Anti-Fragility

Experience & Background

  • No prior experience required for P1 (entry level); training provided
  • Experience in woodworking, automotive body repair, or paint finishing is a plus
  • Progressive skill development expected across levels (P1–P4)

Technical & Interpersonal Skills

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  • Basic familiarity with sanding tools or willingness to learn
  • Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Adaptability in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within the company

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand for extended periods (8+ hours)
  • Repetitive hand and wrist movements
  • Ability to lift and move materials as needed
  • Ability to bend, reach, and move throughout the shift

Personal Protective Equipment (Environmental Health & Safety)

  • Required to wear eye protection
  • Required to wear Tyvek coveralls over clothing
  • Required to wear a face mask/respirator (including fit testing)
  • Required to pass a company-sponsored physical examination

At Gantri, we value curiosity, craftsmanship, and continuous improvement. As a Sander, you will develop hands-on skills in finishing processes while contributing to high-quality, design-forward lighting products. You’ll work alongside a collaborative team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with opportunities for growth and advancement.
