We are seeking an experienced Sand Lab Operator to conduct sand testing and quality checks to ensure casting quality standards are maintained. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring sand properties, testing samples, and supporting foundry operations to minimize casting defects.
Conduct sand testing as per quality standards
Perform tests such as moisture content, permeability, green strength, and compactability
Monitor sand properties and maintain test records
Identify deviations and report abnormalities
Support production team in maintaining sand quality
Ensure compliance with foundry quality and safety standards
Maintain laboratory equipment and testing tools
