In this role, you'll:
You’ll be working as part of a team delivering driver licence compliance and enforcement activities relating to demerit points and conviction recording, along with a range of administrative and support services that facilitate the effective operation of the Sanctions Unit.
This role will see you provide administrative and support services across licence sanctions, process high‑volume transactional tasks with accuracy, support information flow and decision‑making, respond to enquiries, maintain records and databases, and contribute to a customer‑focused, high‑performing team environment.
You will deliver efficient, accurate processing and administrative support in a high‑volume, transactional, legislatively governed environment that requires attention to detail, adaptability, and customer‑focused service.
Please note that this role is based in Grafton where you are required to attend the office 5 days pw.
This is a temporary full-time role to 31st December 2026

About you
Your strong administrative capability, attention to detail, customer service focus, decision‑making accuracy, research and analytical skills formed across transactional, regulatory, customer service or administrative environments will see you excel in managing competing tasks, maintaining high‑quality records, supporting decision‑making processes, and navigating legislative and procedural requirements to deliver accurate and timely outcomes. You’re recognized as resilient, adaptable and able to work effectively under pressure, skilled at processing information accurately, engaging with customers and stakeholders, and supporting team operations, and experienced in high‑volume transactional processing, applying legislation and procedures, conducting research, compiling information, and contributing to team‑based service delivery.
