The Opportunity
As an Audit Associate, you will engage in financial statement audits, contributing to the transparency and integrity of financial reporting. Within our Assurance practice, you will be part of a team that provides independent assessments, helping clients navigate regulatory requirements and make informed business decisions. As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to client engagements, developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients, building meaningful connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. This role encourages you to embrace ambiguity, ask questions, and use challenges as opportunities for growth.
In this role at PwC, you will participate in project tasks, support senior staff, and engage in research to deepen your technical knowledge. You will develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how your work fits into the overall strategy. By interpreting data to inform insights and recommendations, you will uphold professional and technical standards, contributing to the firm's code of conduct and independence requirements. The salary range for this position is: $53,500 - $104,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
