Mission

The mission of Sampoerna Academy is to provide a safe, caring, and collaborative learning environment that is of the highest quality and meets global expectations for student achievement and character development. Our educational foundation is student-centered with a strong emphasis on Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics (STEAM) which enables students to become mature, confident global citizens with a strong sense of purpose. Our end goal is to prepare students for tertiary education and to make them work-ready and world-ready.

Job Description

• Support teachers in daily classroom activities and routines.
• Observe and learn how teachers engage and support young learners.
• Assist with classroom preparation and learning activities.
• Take part in micro-teaching activities under teacher guidance.
• Support teachers with other education-related activities as needed.
• Gain hands-on experience in an international school environment.

Qualifications

• Final Year students or Fresh Graduate from Education, Psychology, Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education or related fields are encouraged to apply.
• Interested in teaching and working with young learners.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn.
• Able to commit to a full-day internship schedule (for 6 months)
• Previous experience working with children is a plus, but not required.
