• Interpreting and entering client samples into computer system; managing large projects;
• Maintaining client files; delivering rush samples;
• Serving as information contact at receipt of samples in an efficient and detailed manner with a high degree of quality.
• Document receipt of stability samples and complete inventories.
• Appropriately handle documentation. Understand stability requirements – protocols, LIMS, storage chamber conditions, labeling of samples and storage positions.
• Review stability studies.
• Provide support for project managers and laboratory staff.
• Compose business appropriate communication (e.g. e-mail, document) for client or internal use.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or college degree in related field.

• At least two years laboratory experience with knowledge of regulatory requirements.

• Attention to detail, written communication skills, problem solving ability

Additional Information

Position is full-time, 2nd shift, Monday - Friday, 2:00pm - 10:00PM. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Portage, MI are encouraged to apply.
