Contract Proposal Manager – IT Solutions for the Financial Sector.

Samlink is a Kyndryl company delivering Banking-as-a-Platform services for several Finnish bank. We’re looking for senior Contract Proposal Manager for development of Samlink service solutions for our clients. Contract Proposal Manager is leading multinational, multiple discipline teams of subject matter experts, using a combination of Kyndryl and Samlink standard and custom solutions and person orchestrates the development of complex, multiple year, custom solutions and associated cost cases, all with the goal to ensure consistent delivery of high quality services and/or solutions which meet client business and technical requirements and fulfill Kyndryl's and Samlink’s obligations.

Who You Are

• Accountable for all activities related to delivering a Technical Solution for the Infrastructure and application development

• Managed Services engagement, this includes managing the technical team, client requirements and linking those requirements to Kyndryl's solution. - Responsible for delivering a marketable / profitable / deliverable solution.

Business Management

• Responsible for ensuring the technical solution links to the cost case, proposal and contract

• Minimizes the business risk by acting on issues, gaps and items which are identified as high risk

• Owns the technical "Bid and Proposal" budget for the engagement

• Manages all aspects of the technical team's deployment and performance.

• At least 10 years of experience in engagement activities in Technical Solution Manger role

• Experience of Kyndryl Solutioning processes and related tools (SDM, Framework Blue)

• Ability to negotiate smoothly with client CIOs, infrastructure managers, and IT architects, as well as with our own engineers

• Experience in remote (videoconferencing) proposal activities

• Experience in project management

• Good business communication skills in Finnish & English
