Seasoned individual contributor, who works independently with minimal supervision. Implements daily offer development, contract development, or contract management processes. Drafts contractual agreements from preparation through execution. Serves as a point-of-contact for internal partners and develops strategic relationshipsin order todrive contracting opportunities for the organization.
Administers contracts and contributes to contract negotiations, amendments, and renegotiations to accommodatescopechanges.
Ensures consistency with businessobjectiveswhile conducting contract review and evaluation proceedings.
Implements best practices and processimprovements, andsupportsstrategic initiativesin an effort toimprove turnaround time processes and workflows.
Supports tactical and operational plans forfacilitatingrisk assessments for potential and/or actual organizational, compliance, and/or regulatory risks with respect to external partner contracts and contracting activities.
Integrates departmental key performance indicators that measure and evaluate pre-signature and post-signature contract administration and management processesin order togenerate actionable insight for streamlining contracting processes.
Coaches more junior colleagues in techniques, processes, and responsibilities.
Understands and applies Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives in day-to-day interactions with team.
