Your new role
As a Senior Product Manager – Diabetes or Senior Product Manager – Obesity, you will lead the strategy and performance of your therapeutic area across the SAM Cluster (Peru, Ecuador, Uruguay, and Paraguay). You will be responsible for shaping the product plan, driving commercial results, and ensuring strong execution in each market.
This role requires a deep understanding of the market, competitor activities, and consumer behaviour to develop tailored strategies and ensure successful product launches and market penetration. Collaboration with various departments such as finance, sales, and marketing is key to aligning the product strategy across teams and achieving organizational goals.

The Marketing Department at Novo Nordisk drives patient-centric brand strategies that translate scientific innovation into meaningful healthcare solutions. It develops and executes integrated marketing plans, leveraging market insights, digital channels, and stakeholder engagement to maximize access and adherence. The team works cross-functionally with Medical Affairs, Sales, Market Access, and Regulatory Affairs to ensure compliant, impactful communications that support sustainable growth and improved patient outcomes across diverse markets.
