Main responsibilities:
- Transportation planning & design, management and optimization of JIT routing of productive parts for Saltillo Van Assembly Plant, Saltillo South and North Engine Plants.
- Cost Management, focus to decrease inefficiency cost and develop Cost Saving Initiatives (CSI).
- IBT Standard and Off-standard cost tracking and improvement.

- Creation of program cost for full model year
- Monthly financial analysis (forecast & actual)
- IBT Forecast vs Standard
- Reconciliation of changes in forecast (month to month)
- Carrier & Supplier Management (support functions)
- Cost and inefficiency reduction initiatives / projects
- Work with Procurement on Business Cases for transportation changes
- CPO / SPO management for Carrier Payment
- Follow up on open Carrier accounts
- New model Launch Studies & Support
- IBT Network Optimization
- Route Planning & Management
- CR - AETCs investigation and proper responsible assignation for resolution
- Accessorial costs review and approval
- Yard & Trailer Pool Management support
- Carrier Management (support functions)
- Supplier Management (support functions)
- Support Logistics Plant(s) Logistics Pillar (Kaizen)
- Support Plant Audits
- External Logistics Cost Deployment
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or closely related field
- 5 years of work experience in the related fields
- Advance English level
- Listening, analysis, collaboration, influence, results-oriented Organized, proactive-adaptable, Innovative thinking
- Experience in Transport & Logistics or Supply Chain
