We’re not just hiring a team member — we’re developing future leaders.
Sal’s Pizza is growing, and we’re looking for motivated, high-energy individuals who are passionate about hospitality and team development. If you’re ready to step into a leadership role while continuing to build your skills, this is an opportunity to grow with a company that values mentorship and advancement.
As an Assistant Team Lead, you will support the Pizza Store Manager in daily operations while helping guide and encourage the team on each shift. This role is ideal for someone who leads by example, takes initiative, and is ready to grow into greater leadership responsibilities over time.
If you're ready to take the next step in your leadership journey and grow with a dynamic team, we’d love to hear from you.
If you’d like, I can also adjust the tone to be more entry-level, more performance-driven, or more culture-focused depending on your hiring strategy.

Lupoli Companies is an award-winning and community-driven organization spearheaded by social impact entrepreneur, Sal Lupoli. With over two decades of growth and development throughout New England, what started as a small family-run pizza business has grown to include several hospitality and wholesale brands, more than 5 million square feet of commercial and residential real estate, and a charitable foundation that pledges more than $1 million a year to the causes it supports.
Sal Lupoli’s entrepreneurial spirit and innovative ideas are the cornerstone of our success. He has continually focused on transforming communities by creating innovative opportunities to live, work, and play. As a result, these communities have seen tremendous positive impact on job creation and economic development. While Sal is known for redefining landscapes in Gateway Cities, he continues to predominately focus on the people and the history of the communities he does business in.
The passionate people that make up Lupoli Companies are what help to drive our growth. While we strive to create elevated, innovative brands and experiences, we remain authentic, family-oriented and focused on community.
As Lupoli Companies looks to the future, we continue to improve upon our award-winning brands, develop extraordinary new brands and focus on the communities we support. In 2020, some of the most exciting projects in our company’s history are on the horizon, including three new culinary concepts, The Lupoli Family Institute for the Culinary Arts in Haverhill, The Pavilion at Riverwalk in Lawrence, the Dascomb Road Project in Andover and Madison on Main in Andover.
