If you are a happy, energetic, fun, and positive Salon Manager with cosmetology and barbering experience, Sharkey Cuts for Kids is looking for you! We are seeking a motivated leader who is passionate about creating an upbeat, welcoming environment for both clients and staff.

As a Salon Manager at Sharkey’s, you will lead by example—overseeing daily salon operations, supporting and coaching stylists, and ensuring every child receives a high-quality haircut in a fun, stress-free atmosphere. You’ll help maintain Sharkey’s high standards of service while fostering a positive team culture that keeps both kids and parents smiling.

At Sharkey Cuts for Kids, we provide the tools, support, and environment you need to succeed as a leader, while delivering an exciting and memorable haircutting experience for everyone involved.

• Strong hair cutting skills with ability to mentor
• Enjoy working with children
• Lead the team (by example)
• Promote Sharkey’s to new customers and potential new team members
• Oversee Daily Operations
• Professional Appearance
• Ability to prevent and handle customer complaints with grace
• Hire, Train and Retain Stylists
• Able to work weekends

Compensation: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
