About the Opportunity:

Spa, a leading destination for luxury wellness in Kuwait, seeks a highly motivated and results-oriented Salon Manager to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the salon operation, ensuring the delivery of exceptional services, maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness, and leading a team of talented stylists and beauty therapists. As a female leader with fluency in both English and Arabic, you will play a key role in fostering a welcoming and professional environment for our diverse clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor salon policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with industry standards.

• Lead, motivate, and inspire a team of stylists and beauty therapists, providing coaching, mentorship, and ongoing training opportunities.

• Oversee the scheduling of appointments and staff, maximizing efficiency and minimizing wait times.

• Recruit, interview, and select qualified stylists and beauty therapists to join the team.

• Manage salon inventory and ensure timely re-stocking of essential products.

• Maintain accurate records of salon revenue and expenses.

• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to staff.

• Collaborate with the Spa Director to ensure seamless integration of salon and spa services.

• Implement and maintain the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness within the salon.

• Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and innovations in the beauty industry and incorporate them into the salon's service offerings.

• Exceed guest expectations by providing exceptional service before, during, and after their visit.

• Build strong relationships with guests and develop a loyal clientele.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a salon management role within a reputable 5-star hotel or high-end salon environment.

• Proven track record of success in leading and motivating a team to achieve exceptional results.

• In-depth knowledge of salon operations, including hairdressing, nail care, and beauty treatments.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to delegate tasks effectively.

• Strong financial acumen and the ability to manage a budget effectively.

• Fluency in English and Arabic languages (mandatory).

• A positive attitude, a passion for the beauty industry, and a commitment to exceeding guest expectations.
