Sales/Service BDC Agent

Payne Auto Group is a fast-growing automotive group committed to delivering exceptional customer service and building long-lasting relationships. We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales/Service BDC Agent to join our team and help drive our sales growth.

As a Sales/Service BDC Agent, you will be the first point of contact for prospective customers. Your role will focus on generating appointments, following up with leads, and supporting the sales team to achieve performance-based objectives. This position is commission-based, making it a great opportunity for individuals who thrive in a performance-driven environment and are motivated by success.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound sales calls, emails, and texts to engage with potential customers.
• Set and confirm sales appointments for the dealership’s sales team.
• Effectively communicate dealership promotions, offers, and inventory to prospective buyers.
• Track and follow up with leads in the CRM system to maximize conversion opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales managers and sales professionals to ensure a seamless handoff of customers.
• Consistently meet or exceed performance goals related to lead conversions, appointments, and sales.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and building rapport with customers.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales, business development, call center, or automotive BDC highly preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed performance-based objectives.
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and driven by commission opportunities.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and basic computer applications.
• Bilingual
