The Role & Day-to-Day

As a Service Advisor, you are the face of our service center. You will spend your day working directly with customers in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

  • Advise & Educate: Guide customers on their tire and automotive service needs with transparency and expertise.

  • Drive Performance: Maximize sales, build long-term customer loyalty, and enhance the overall service experience.

  • Multi-Task with Ease: Manage shop flow and customer communication while maintaining a professional, friendly, and calm demeanor.

  • Lead by Example: Bring a self-starter mindset that motivates the team to perform at their best.

Position Requirements

Big O Tires offers a wide range of diagnostic, repair and routine maintenance services, backed by one of the best national services warranties in the business.

Most Big O Tires stores are individually owned and operated by franchisees, and each franchisee makes the staffing and hiring decisions for the individual location(s). However, the Big O franchisees are always looking for new faces with experience and desire to serve Big O Tires store customers.

This franchise is independently owned and operated by a franchisee. Your application will go directly to the franchisee, and all hiring decisions will be made by the management of this franchisee. The Big O Tires story begins back in 1962, just as America's new love affair with the automobile was hitting high gear. The market for replacement tires was exploding, and independent tire dealers found themselves struggling to compete in the face of low prices offered by major tire manufacturers'​ own company stores.
